Before we create a national joke of Canada’s ability to create a common sense ,financially sound export opportunity we must admit that the TMX proposal is broken   and would fail under conditions by Bill C 69, required for new similar projects,

Where to from here… create a new diluted bitumen (dilbit)export plan ,with the Bill C 69 criteria, that allows larger  tankers to enter the open Pacific…after being loaded from a new loading terminal at the terminus of  a new pipeline from Alberta…Sell more dilbit and gain community support (as stipulated by PM Trudeau)for a common sense plan that avoids sending loaded tankers through BC’s environmentally sensitive ,multibillion dollar business areas such as Burrard Inlet and the island bound  Salish Sea.
